Practice Schedule

High School Practice:

• Monday–Friday 4:30–6:15 PM (Arrival 4:15pm)

• Non-regatta Saturdays 9:00–11:00 AM

• Start Date: August 24, 2026 at SHS main gym
  First 2 weeks of training indoors at HS on ergs

• Boathouse Season: Sept. 8 - Oct. 29
  Location: Lakeside Park

• No Practice: Labor Day Weekend
  On Your Own workouts expected; min 30 cardio

Middle School Practice:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4:30–6:15 PM

• Season Dates: Sept. 14 - Oct. 27 (21 practices)

Regatta Schedule

• TBD — Combined Practice / Scrimmage with Pioneer

• Sept. 19, 2026 — Glass City:  Toledo, OH

• Oct. 3, 2026 — Head of the Grand:  Lansing, MI

• Oct. 10, 2026 — Herron Henley Challenge:  Millford, MI

• Oct. 25, 2026 — Speakmon Memorial Regatta:  Columbus, OH
